Terms of use

What the site offers, and what it does not promise.

Updated 20 August 2026

Purpose

This site lets you, free of charge, manage a collection of indoor plants: record them, track their watering and look up their species. It is meant for private individuals, for personal use.

Using it means accepting these terms.

This is not expert advice

The species names offered and the watering reminders are indications, drawn from public botanical databases and the information you give. They are pointers, not certainties: an identification can be wrong.

Never eat a plant, handle it, or use it medicinally on the strength of this site alone. Some indoor plants are toxic to people and to animals alike. When in doubt, ask a professional; if a plant is swallowed, contact a poison-control centre or a doctor.

This site is no substitute for a botanist, a vet or a doctor.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account. Tell us if you think it has been used without your consent.

The content you add must be yours and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Availability

This site is a personal project, offered with no guarantee of availability or continuity. It may be interrupted, changed or stopped at any time, without notice.

The app stays viewable offline once visited; signing in to an account, on the other hand, needs internet access.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held responsible for the consequences of using the information published, for any loss of data, or for any unavailability of the service.

This limit does not apply in case of intentional fault or bodily harm, as the law provides.

Ending use

You may stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. The publisher may close an account in case of plainly abusive use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
